CANCELLATION POLICY

Salon Rescheduling and Deposit Policy To ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our scheduling process, we have established the following policy for client rescheduling: 1. Rescheduling Limit: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times. 2. Appointment Cancellation: If a client needs to reschedule more than two (2) times, the appointment will be automatically canceled. 3. Deposit Forfeiture: In the event of an appointment cancellation after more than two (2) rescheduling attempts, the deposit will be retained by the salon and is non-refundable. 4. Rebooking Requirement: To secure a new appointment, clients will be required to rebook and submit a new deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining this policy, which allows us to provide quality service to all clients and respect the time of our team members.
